Methodology

A delivery model where the work carries the report.

Every engagement begins with a defined outcome. A focused pod — one to three senior experts plus orchestrated agent capacity — ships against that outcome with daily artefacts and explicit acceptance gates. There are no monthly status decks because the work itself carries the report.

Engagement shapes

Two ways to buy a pod. Same talent, same orchestration.

The difference is procurement, not delivery. Outcome certainty when scope is definable; continuous output when the work shape evolves.

01

Fixed term

Outcome pod

Fixed price for a defined deliverable by a defined date. Used when scope is definable upfront and the buyer wants total cost certainty. The firm bears the delivery risk.

Best for
Portals, integrations, migrations, dashboards — work whose shape is knowable before it begins.

02

Fixed-term or ongoing

Day-rate pod

Priced per pod-day with defined composition. Used when scope is genuinely fluid — ongoing operations, embedded engineering, exploratory product work, modernisation programmes whose shape evolves.

Best for
Continuous output where the work direction shifts faster than a contract change-order can keep up.

Discovery pod

3–5 days · day-rate priced · onsite or remote

Optional. Used only when scope genuinely needs scoping before a meaningful proposal can be made. We resist anything longer. Output: a proper proposal for the main engagement — outcome or day-rate.

Four phases

Each phase produces a measurable artefact.

  1. 01

    Scope the outcome

A self-driven scoping session converts your request into a delivery brief: systems in scope, constraints, risks, and an explicit definition of done.

  2. 02

    Assemble the pod

A pod — one to three senior experts plus orchestrated agent capacity — works on your outcome only. Pod composition and pricing are stated before work begins.

  3. 03

    Ship evidence daily

Every working morning, before standup: committed code, passing tests, a live staging environment, and a written record of every decision. You read the work itself.

  4. 04

    Hand off cleanly

Accepted work transfers with code, runbooks, tests, and full repository history. You operate what was built without ongoing dependency on us.

Quality gates

Acceptance is concrete by design.

The pod moves quickly because behaviour, artefacts, and risks are inspected while the work is still cheap to adjust.

Production-shaped architecture before build

Automated tests on the behaviour that matters

Security and data-residency constraints checked early

Client acceptance recorded against concrete deliverables

Questions

The ones a buyer or CFO usually asks.

What does nterprise sell?
Working software. Portals, integrations, migrations, dashboards, and automations. AI is how the work is delivered, not what the buyer is asked to procure.
Who is this built for?
Technology leaders — CTOs, COOs, and IT directors — who require production-grade delivery without the ramp time, contract weight, or status cadence of a traditional consultancy.
What happens in the assessment?
A self-driven assessment converts your request into a delivery brief. You leave with a fit decision, a first-cut scope with costs, named risks, and pod composition stated explicitly. Free, no commitment to proceed.
What happens after the assessment?
A proposal — outcome pod or day-rate pod — with scope, price, sequencing, pod composition, and operational-fit recommendation lands within 24 hours. If the engagement is right, the pod forms and begins on the next business day.
Do clients adopt your platform?
No. Every engagement is delivered independently of any platform we operate. The code, the tests, and the runbooks belong to you from day one.
Which disciplines are in scope first?
Custom TypeScript and React systems, ServiceNow extensions, the Microsoft estate across Power Platform / Azure / M365, Salesforce extension work, and Applied AI builds on the Anthropic and OpenAI stacks.
What is out of scope?
Native mobile, model training, blockchain, hardware, pure strategy, and engagements that require AI tooling to be blocked at the client edge.
How do you prove progress?
Committed code, passing tests, a live staging environment, and a written daily update. You inspect the work itself, every working day.
Where does client data live?
Engagement artefacts live in the project repository and the platform database. Client production systems are not mirrored. Residency is captured in the scope, not assumed.
Outcome pod or day-rate pod — which fits?
Outcome pod when scope is definable upfront and you want total cost certainty: fixed price, fixed deliverable, fixed date. Day-rate pod when scope is genuinely fluid: continuous output, defined composition, stop on a business day of notice. The assessment recommends the shape that fits your engagement.
